With The Campaign for INSEAD: A Force for Good, we introduce the Founders Pledge: an opportunity for our entrepreneurs, investors and innovators to partner with INSEAD to amplify their success and join a global group of innovators affiliated with the school. Here’s how it works:
You support INSEAD with your future success by signing a pledge to commit a portion of your unrealised proceeds.
With the pledge, you join the Founders Society, an exclusive ecosystem of enterprising alumni, faculty and students.
When you or your company reaches a liquidity event, you determine the timing and designation of your gift to the school. INSEAD recognises you for the cash donation.
Through our shared success, you fortify INSEAD’s thought leadership. You embrace the entrepreneurial spirit that has guided our school since its founding and make a lasting impact for future generations.
The INSEAD Founders Pledge provides alumni and donors with a rewarding platform to make INSEAD a partner in your future success and join enterprising peers in enabling the school to be a force for good in the world. Through a non-binding commitment, Founders can designate a percentage of their future proceeds at their specified time and to a programme of their choosing.
There is no minimum. INSEAD is deeply appreciative of all gifts as your support enables us to fulfil our vision of being the business school for the world. Many donors commit at least 1% of their shares or interest for optimal impact.
Yes, you may direct your gift to an area that most directly fits with your desired impact and interest.
There are no tax ramifications when making the pledge—only when thecharitable gift is made. To better understand your personal tax situation, you should contact a qualified tax advisor.
Upon taking the Founders pledge, you immediately become a member of the Founders Society, an exclusive community of INSEAD alumni with access to the INSEAD network of events, Campaign Updates, Founders and global faculty. Founders also will receive an exclusive Salamander pin to highlight their support.

While all gifts are welcome, the Singapore Government mandates that only gifts to the Singapore Scholarship Fund (MBA, EMBA, TIEMBA, MIM, etc.) to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, qualify for a 250% tax benefit.
While you can donate to any designation, including scholarships (other than Singapore Scholarship Fund), gifts to these designations will not qualify for a tax benefit under current Singapore regulations.
